Warm Ups/Start: 6:30am / 7:00am  
Facility:  Salem State College O'Keefe Center, 25 yard, 8 lane, 7 foot wide with non-turbulent lane lines, starting blocks, Colorado electronic timing.  
Entry Info: Entry information must be completed and received with check by January 4, 2002 . Mail completed entries to Dan Warner, 19 Fenley Road , Gloucester , MA . 01930.  Entries should be sent by certified mail with NO signature required. All forms must be printed legibly and must contain swimmers age and USS number. There will NO refunds for entries accepted or rejected do to improper entry. Entries will be accepted on or after November 21, 2001 and any entry received before November 21 will be considered as being received on the 21st.
Computer Entries: If your team has a computerized entry system, e-mail entry file as an attachment to NSSC1@aol.com or send disc with hard copy. Insure that team address and contact information are entered correctly on entry file as the information will be used as your teams contact for meet information. For e-mail entries payment and hard copy of entries must be received within 7 days of the e-mail entry, date of receipt of the entry file will be considered the date of your entry for the meet which was received by NSSC. If payment is not received within 7 days, the entry will be considered as of the date that the payment and hard copy are received.   
Time Updates: Entry times may be updated to the January 7, 2002   by E–mail file only, provided NO new entries are included and no other changes are made to the entry file. Anything but a file identical to the original entry file with time updates will be rejected.   
Entry Fees: All Events:      Electronic $4.00, Hand Entries $4.50

Eligibility:  All swimmers must be 2002 registered with USS Swimming.   
 Cutting Meet: Date of receipt and at the discretion of the meet director.  
Format: All events will be timed finals and  swum fastest to slowest.  
 Rules:  2002 USS Swimming Rules will govern all competition.  
Officials & Timers:                    Volunteer officials would be appreciated. 
All teams will be required to provide their own timer and lap counter for all events.  
Miscellaneous: All coaches are to check in at the timing table on deck upon arrival at the pool to pickup coaches packet and scratch sheet for that session. Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their simmers at all times. Any damage to the premises or equipment is the responsibility of those doing the damage. NSSC and Salem State College assume no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. No glass containers are permitted on the pool deck area. No one also permitted on the deck other than athletes, officials, coaches and meet workers.
Event Limit:  Swimmers may enter a maximum of 2 events for the session.  
For Individual: A coaches time if a swimmer hasn't swum the event in competition will be accepted.  
Events:  A "NO" time entry will not be accepted.  
Warm Up Warm up schedule will be distributed to each team participating in the meet.  
Directions:  From 128N take Exit 25A toward Salem (114E) 
Follow 114E through downtown Salem onto Route 1A ( Canal Street). 
Stay on Canal Street 1 1/2 miles,
Salem State O’Keefe Center will be on your left. 
Plenty of parking. Walk up ramp to complex entrance.
