Facility:  Salem State College O'Keefe Center, 25 yard, 8 lane, 7 foot wide with non-turbulent lane lines, starting blocks, Colorado electronic timing with touch pads and full 8 line scoreboard. Seating for 250 spectators and on deck bleacher seating for 350 swimmers.
Entry Info:  Entry forms must be completed and received by October 1 8 , 2002. Make checks payable to: North Shore Swim Club. Mail completed forms to: Dan Warner , 19 Fenley Road , Gloucester Ma. 01930. Entries should be sent certified mail, return receipt request signature waved.
Computer Entries: If your team has a computerized entry system you may e-mail the entry file as an attachment to: NSSC1@aol.com . Insure that the team address and contact e-mail address is correct as this information will be used as your team contact and meet information. For e-mail entries, payment and hard copy must be received within 7 days of receipt of the e-mail entry. If the payment is received within 7 days of the e-mail entry, the date of receipt of the e-mail entry will be considered the date your entry was received by NSSC. If payment is not received within the 7 days, the entry will be considered received as of the date that the payment and hard copy are received.  
ENTRY FEES : Electronic Entries - $3.50 per event and $10.00 per relays, additional .50 per entry for entries which must be entered by hand.
ELIGIBILITY : All swimmers must be 2002-03 registered with USS Swimming. New  England swimmers may register with Mary Riddell, 20 Cleveland Rd. Needham Ma. 02192.
Procedure for Cutting Meet:

In order to comply with the "4" hour rule the meet will be cut by date of receipt and certain events at the discretion of the meet director.

Awards:   Ribbons for individual events places 1-8.
Refreshments:  A refreshment area will be on hand with many favorites at a reasonable cost.   A Swim Vendor will also be on hand to take care of your swim needs.
Format:   All events will be timed finals.
Rules: 2002 USS Swimming Rules will govern all competition.
Admission & Programs: $2.00 for meet programs per session and $1.00 admission per session.
Special 
Instructions: 

There will be absolutely no diving during warm-ups, except in designated sprint lanes when announced. Swimmers must be under the supervision of their coach. Swimmers attending the meet without a coach should report directly to the referee.
 

Coaches:   All coaches or team representative must get their team scratch forms at the office on deck and return to the office 30 minutes prior to there start of each session.
Individual 
Events:

A coach’s time if a swimmer hasn't swum the event in competition will be accepted.  A "NO" time entry will not be accepted.

Warm Up   Warm up schedule will be distributed to each team participating in the meet.
