Swimmers will be entered in all meets unless written
notification is received by the coaching staff prior to the entry being
mailed. ( Most meet entries are done six weeks in
advance of the meet).
Families will be responsible for all entry costs,
regardless of participation, unless proper and timely notification was
given.
Swimmers will not be
entered into any meet without a positive account balance
sufficient to cover
the cost of the entry.
Swimmers who are deemed by the coaching
staff as "not ready " for competition will not be entered.
