Dan Warner, NSSC Club Administrator, Former Head Coach Salem State College, Level 5 ASCA Certification and over 35 years of coaching experience. Dan was the 1990 New England "Age Group Coach of the Year" and has coached over 400 YMCA national qualifiers including 5 National Champions, 30 Junior National qualifiers, 4 Senior National qualifiers and 1 Olympic Trial Qualifier as well as many local USS and high school champions.

Tony Padvaiskas, NSSC Head Coach, Level 4 ASCA Certification. Tony is the Head Coach at St. John’s Prep, helping them to nine High School State Championships. He has over 20 years coaching experience. He has coached numerous YMCA, USA National Qualifiers, and Olympic Trials swimmers, in addition to many High School State champions. Tony was the 2001, 2005 and 2012 Boston Globe Coach of the year. He has helped athletes attend colleges and Universities, including the Ivy League, Division 1, 2, and 3 schools.

Dave Martin, Minuteman Facility Head Coach. Prior to joining the North Shore Swim Club, Dave was head coach of the Potomac Raiders & Chesapeake Bay Swim Teams in LaPlata, Maryland. Over his six years in Maryland he coached numerous State Champions, Eastern Zone finalists and several Sectional qualifiers. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh, where he swam distance freestyle. Before coaching in Maryland, Dave coached Upper St. Clair High School and other USS programs in the Pittsburgh area. As a Facility Head Coach Dave will continue to work toward his goal of developing each swimmer to his or her fullest potential.

Meaghan Simpson, Facility Head Coach at Salem State University. Meaghan was born and raised in Salem MA, graduated from Salem State University with a BA in art concentration of photography in 2006.  She was the SSC varsity swim and dive captain her Junior and senior year, Meghan also has her masters of sports leadership from Northeastern University in 2010 and has been coaching with the North Shore Family since 2002. Meaghan is also currently the head varsity coach at Swampscott High School.
